If you have a narrow foot we recommend maybe a 1/2 size up and a medium to wide foot definitely up a full size. If you have a high instep this might be a bit challenging to get into. You can also call or email a store and speak with a fabulous Fluevogologist if you ever need further assistance.

Runs small
First time ordering from Fluvog! I always wear a size 10 and ordered the size 11 as the fit specialist suggested. I could barely get them on my feet. So Itty bitty.
