John Fluevog has two passions in his life, cars and shoes. His life as a footwear designer has often intermingled with his love of the automobile, resulting in shoes that sort of look like cars and cars that, well, look a little like shoes.
In honour of the Luxury & Supercar Weekend this September 7th and 8th, John is proud to announce his first traditional driving shoe, a long awaited combination of the two things that get him really excited. The event is a venue where he knows an appreciation for a comfortable, stylish driving shoe will be greeted with as much enthusiasm as he held in designing them.
Only one hundred pairs will be created in this unique colorway, maintaining the high quality that has always represented John’s work. This Limited Edition shoe is designed in the style of a traditional driving shoe but stays distinctly Fluevogian. The soft, suede sole allows the driver flexibility and breathability while doing footwork behind the steering wheel. His personal touch enhances the shoe with a signature Fluevog-coloured grip tread, metallic leather arch, bright colours and detailing dedicated to some of his most beloved cars, including the Lamborghini Miura, printed on the heel sock. 
The result is a driving shoe that is luxurious, classic, and unique. John’s limited edition design will be right at home amongst the rare and beautiful cars gracing the lawns of the Vandusen Botanical Gardens. Be sure to keep an eye out for John’s Limited Edition design during the event.
The Limited Edition Luxury & Supercar Weekend driving loafers will be available for order at the show.
