Hardware-heavy yet uniquely uplifting, The Hooke is a hiker-style platform boot from our Space Edition family that features metal D-rings along the front, a 2-inch rubber sole with lunar markings, and an OrthoLite molded insole to protect from everyday impacts. Once you do up the leather cord laces and feel the snug, comfortable fit, you’ll be ready for any adventure, from this galaxy to the next. Walk gently + always come back.

LOVE!!! So Comfortable
I bought the Blue Cheetah print and it is one of the most comfortable Vogs I have. I wear thicker socks with them too for even more comfort in the Winter. I highly recommend these shoes, especially with the sale. It's a great deal. Sizewise, I am a size 9-9.5 and I took a size 10 in these, which was perfect. My toes would be touching in a 9. That piccolomini platform....can't beat it. It is the best.

Love them
First time wearing my new Hooke, and I put them on and walked 8 blocks--so comfortable right out of the box. They are heavy, just like original creepers were in the 80s, so it felt like a tiny workout. I got my usual Vog size 8 (street size 7.5, long second toe, low volume foot), and they fit like a dream in tights with the slightest toe touch in thin socks, but not enough to be a problem. I got black, because I have the blue cheetah in another shoe. My Y2K vintage-loving teenager likes them, because he says they look like New Rocks.

SOOOO GOOOOD!!!
I have MANY pairs of Vogs! These are by far the most comfortable pair I own. Yes, I tend to buy the crazy ones which are a bit less comfy. BUT THESE, OMG - I am in love. They are so comfortable and cool. Don't let the heavy bottom foot you. They do not feel heavy when walking. They are a dream. A big thank you to the Chicago store for helping me with sizing. I don't have a pair in this family. I went with the 11s based on their feedback and they were right, the 12s would have been too big. I wear 11 in many of the Fluevog families. I have a lot of Swordfish which are all size 11. I am a EURO 41. Since these are on sale - I say GRAB A PAIR. You will not regret it!

I got the Hookes in Blue Cheetah and I wear them every chance I get. I've owned maybe two dozen pairs of Fluevogs over the last 20 years, and these are my favorite yet. I love the Space Edition family and my new Hookes are just spectacular. Super comfy and the Blue Cheetah is, while probably not suitable for gardening or muddy hikes, a gorgeous color/texture. I am a street 8 1/2 or 39 and often a 9 in Vogs. These were no exception. I went with 9 and thanks to the laces, they fit like they were custom made for me. Cheers to the Brooklyn and Boston stores for being so helpful. I appreciate the top notch customer service I always get when I need a little extra assistance.
