You’re invited to Fluevog Portland‘s Knit Night on Thursday, April 25th! Bring a friend and your latest project as we gather with the city’s best dressed knitters from 6-9pm. Our friends at Knitted Wit and ArgentGal Designs will be there with custom yarns and pattern inspiration in tow!
About Knitted Wit:
What began in a backyard in Portland, Oregon in 2007 has grown into a vibrant and socially-conscious dye house with a committed staff, a fearless (and multiple-print-wearing) leader, and just enough chocolate to help carry us through it all. Knitted Wit loves creating bright new colors, including Magical Mythical colorways; a huge line inspired by Harry Potter; a colorful tour through the National Parks of the USA, and many Colorways for a Cause, raising funds and awareness for issues that strike a chord with us. We dig collaborating with other crafty folk all over the world, and love being a part of this craft community.
About ArgentGal Designs:
Theressa Silver of ArgentGal Designs is a local knitting designer, teacher, and author. She is a biologist by training and the influence of math and science can be seen in much of her work. Her new book, Knitting Wild, is a collection of 21 knitting patterns inspired by and dedicated to the wild beauty of America’s national parks and wildlife refuges. Come and pick up a signed copy!
