Pour cette sandale, nous sommes allés pêcher un modèle rétro dans la mer du catalogue Fluevog comme source d’inspiration. C’est Gator qui a émergé. Il s’agit d’une sandale de pêcheur moderne avec une plateforme qui lui donne plus de mordant. Cette chaussure à bride arrière de la famille Prepare est dotée d’une combinaison rassurante de cuirs lisses et métallisés dans une palette monochrome tout à fait ravissante à laquelle il est impossible de résister. Préparez-vous pour l’avenir, faites le bon choix aujourd’hui.
- Matériaux : Cuir lisse, cuir métallisé
- Doublure : Cuir
- Garniture : Boucle en métal
- Semelle : Tunite avec plaque zigzag en caoutchouc thermoplastique (TPR)

Généralement, je prends la pointure ou la demi-pointure plus grande pour les chaussures Prepare; celle-là ne fait pas exception. J’ai un pied très large et elle était très confortable. Mes collègues aux pieds plus fins aimaient aussi la porter! Le cuir est très souple, mais étonnamment stable!

Gorgeous.
Those of you still on the fence about the new Prepares Gators, get them. Just tried mine on and they are far nicer in person--and the photos are already pretty nice. They look and feel less "fisherman" in person. Definitely a dressy shoe that's also at home with jeans. As for fitting, all the posts I saw said these were a bit more roomy in the instep, which I have not found to be true for *my* monster instep. The top strap is plenty big--indeed outsized, when let out all the way--but the strap below is fixed and too tight for my high instep, so that tp strap adjustment is not as helpful for those of us who need it would like it to be. Same size as my Guides and Mask (which I found to be roomier in the instep than these Gators). I currently have them on my stretcher, waiting for the warm weather to arrive....in June.

Shimmery splendor!
These are SO GOOD. I am an enthusiastic enjoyer of Prepares, and have an extensive collection, but these may have just skyrocketed to the top of the rotation for this spring and summer! All of my Prepares are 8.5, and these are perfect in 8.5. Bordering on roomy even. I have short toes and very wide feet- often have to stretch or at least break in new shoes, but these are very accommodating, soft, and super comfortable for my flippers right out of the box. I was worried that the top strappy section would be tight on my high insteps, but NOPE! No issues there either! I got the lilac, and they are beautiful! I love the shimmery straps and heels. Seriously considering picking up the blue as well. Great for wide feet, beautiful, stylish, comfortable, head-turning- what more could you want? Love, love, love.
